Key Responsibilities :

• As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information and assistance, and ensuring their safety throughout the night.

• You will guarantee the continuity of Front Office operations while carrying out the administrative and accounting procedures required for the daily night audit.

Candidate Profile :

• Sound understanding of guest reception and customer service principles

• Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)

• Good command of Microsoft Office and standard office applications

• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures

• Familiarity with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations

• Fluent English (essential)

• French language skills would be highly appreciated

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests simultaneously

• Remain calm and composed in emergency situations

• Deliver a consistently high standard of guest service

• Work independently and confidently during night shifts

• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence

• Professional appearance and excellent presentation
